I give up. I just can’t get it together.

 I can only deal the best way I know how. When this is over, then I can move on.

  1. Try to be kind to yourself. I’ve read your blog back and it seems that you have often got an all or nothing attitude (I’m guilty of this too – it’s years of dieting mentality). Try to concentrate on the positive things. Are you more aware of why you’re binging? Are you eating mindfully some of the time? It’s a positive that you are keeping a blog xx
