Summer Noshing

This summer I have quite a few things to work on while I take a break between jobs:

  1. Quit binge eating
  2. Research dissertation topic
  3. Work on respecting my body and treating it accordingly
  4. Learn to vocalize this new-found self-respect
  5. Appreciate the days that pass

    i have been dieting for 12 years, and recently gone full force into binging and my goal now is to challenge all food rules and adopt intuitive eating.
